A couple of months ago I was the wedding photographer for Amie & Scott. They got married at St John’s & St Peter’s Church in Ladywood and had their reception at the quirky Royal Hotel in Sutton Coldfield.
We dodged a few showers in the morning but it soon brighten up into a beautiful sunny day.
Amie wore a stunning fishtail dress, which was dressed up with a sparkly belt and matching gemmed shoes. Amie & Scott’s colour theme was deep purple and pinks with her groomsmen & bridesmaid’s wearing purple.
We enjoyed a walk around the town to take Amie & Scott’s couples pictures, it was a nice change to get a few more urban photos and let them both have a few moments to themselves.
The first dance was followed by the father and daughter dance, they then threw the bouquet. I’ve never seen so many eager people to catch it 🙂
It was a wonderful day filled with laughter and fun and I hope to get the chance to go to The Royal Hotel again soon.
