Wedding at the Foxtail Barns
Last November, Charlotte & Adam got married at the beautiful Foxtail Barns.
Charlotte & Adam were originally getting married the year before but due to covid it had to be postponed. A year later, and with a change of venue, Charlotte and Adam finally got to have their big day.
The Foxtail Barns is a fairly new wedding venue but one of my favourites already. It is a stylish barn which has high ceiling, making it lovely and light inside. It is perfect for an intimate wedding.
Charlotte choose pink blush for her bridesmaids, complimenting this with matching colours in their bouquets. Charlotte chose to add red roses and thistles in her bouquet, to bring in the Winter theme.
The groomsmen wore blue suits with pink roses and ties to match the bridesmaids. Adam wore a red rose to compliment Charlottes bouquet.
Some of Charlotte & Adams friends unfortunately couldn’t make the wedding so had them watch the ceremony live on a laptop. I thought this was a lovely little touch, meaning they didn’t have to miss out on the day completely.
The blush pink colour theme ran throughout the day, with their reception room decorated beautifully with pink roses and stunning foliage dotted all around the room.
Why have one cake, when you can have two? As well as a traditional wedding cake there was also a three tier pork pie, which went down a treat with the guest.
I loved how Charlotte and Adam used the colour theme to bring the whole day together. I think it fitted perfectly with the venue.
A great day, with great people.
