Wedding at LDS temple Chorley
Yesterday I travelled to Chorley in Lancashire, close to Preston, to take wedding photos for a gorgeous couple.
As with all my couples, I like to do a little research to make sure I can capture the best moments of their special day. This was a special wedding as it was my first LDS ceremony, for those that aren’t familair, Latter-day saints temple ceremonies are not photographed. Cameras are not allowed inside the temple so the most important pictures happen outside, before and after the ceremony. The temple is a stunning structure which is perfect to use as a backdrop.
I hope I get to photograph another LDS ceremony, back at the temple, sometime in the future.
